Neodymium Magnets

NdFeB neodymium magnets are a mixture of neodymium, iron and boron. Neodymium magnets offer the best combination of properties and cost. This material is currently the newest and most powerful type of magnet with excellent magnetic properties and the highest internal energy, such as remanence and energy density. Magnets of this type are capable of carrying more than a thousand times their own weight and a coin-sized magnet can sustain an iron object weighing ca. 10 kg.

Sintered NdFeB magnets

Sintered NdFeB magnets are produced by sintering from the mixture of rare earth materials neodymium-iron-boron. They have the highest energy among current permanent magnets and can be supplied in many shapes and sizes.

APPLICATION: Automotive industry: for starters, distributors, ignition, etc. Consumer electronics: loudspeaker parts, linear motors, etc.

Plastomagnets

Neodymium-iron-boron-based (NdFeB) bonded magnets are produced via the dry-pressing method. All these products are then surface treated because these materials are prone to corrosion. NdFeB-based magnets generally have higher magnetic properties than conventional ferrite magnets.

APPLICATIONS in electrical engineering: magnets for speakers, switching systems, etc.

ISO 9001:2015

We hold the quality management system certificate ISO9001:2015 within the scope of sale services and ensuring laboratory tests of sintered NdFeB magnets, plastic bonded magnets and ferrite magnets.
